Product Description High precision apparatus combining an ignition oven with a continuous weighing system to monitor the weight reduction of asphalt samples automatically during testing.

The system automatically determines binder content and percentage at the end of the test cycle with high accuracy.

An accurate internal balance continuously monitors specimen weight throughout the ignition process.

The equipment offers a simple operating procedure: load the sample, start the heating cycle, and at test completion the unit provides an audible signal for stopping and printing the report.

The ignition method significantly reduces testing time compared to conventional solvent testing methods and allows automatic operation, freeing laboratory technicians for other tasks.
