| Curing Tank Description | The curing tank is specially designed for maintaining concrete specimens under controlled laboratory curing conditions. The system maintains a curing temperature of 23 ± 2°C with relative humidity of 50 ± 10%, ensuring proper curing of concrete samples.The tank is capable of accommodating 150 mm and 70.6 mm casted concrete cubes with a storage capacity of up to 36 / 72 cubes respectively.The tank is fully insulated and supplied complete with a hinged lid, heater, thermostat, recirculation pump, and SS-304 stainless steel inner chamber for durability and corrosion resistance.Two removable racks are provided inside the tank to allow free circulation of water around each cube for uniform curing.The pump, drain valves, and electrical components are conveniently housed in a separate compartment located at one end of the tank for easy operation and maintenance. |
